- Logistics support including assistance with environmental and hazardous goods documentation and labels for catalyst shipments to/from ECO-RIGEN.
- Organisation of the shipping itself including handling of applicable customs formalities
- Coordination of production scheduling according to your (turnaround) requirements
- Coordination in situ of the sampling during the reactor unloading according to your (turnaround) requirements
- Coordination in situ of the trucks during your turnaround
- Updates as necessary on production developments and expected return timing
- Communication of final material balance reports, final sample shipments if required
